With 19 years at Jefferson and a distinguished career in the Army JAG Corps, Karen brings a wealth of experience and proven success. Notably, she led the expansion of the Government Contracts Program Publications at George Washington Law School and spearheaded the EA Portfolio’s recent double-digit growth, solidifying her reputation as a strategic leader and innovator.
  • Eric Bolstad assumes the role of Senior Vice President of the USAID Portfolio, leveraging over 30 years of experience supporting USAID and a decade of dedication to Jefferson. Eric’s instrumental role in securing contracts with prestigious bureaus like the Africa Bureau and the Office of Gender Equality & Women’s Empowerment exemplifies his commitment to excellence and his understanding of the agency’s needs.
  • Michelle Straughn, drawing on her expertise in higher education and management consulting, takes on the Senior Vice President position for the Infrastructure and Natural Resources (INR) Portfolio. In her four years at Jefferson, Michelle has been instrumental in establishing a strong presence within key departments like the Department of Transportation and the U.S. Department of Agriculture, driving significant growth and service diversification within the INR portfolio.
