Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation, recently recognized as the #1 mortgage lender for customer satisfaction in the J.D. Power 2023 U.S. Mortgage Origination Satisfaction Study, is proud to announce two of its team members have been named “Women of Inspiration” by National Mortgage Professional Magazine.
Carrie Guarrero and Kelly Rogers received the prestigious honor, which recognizes trailblazing women who are shaping the future of the mortgage industry.

Guarrero: A Tireless Advocate for the Industry
Guarrero, a nine-year veteran at Fairway, currently holds a multifaceted role. She serves as the Executive Vice President Communications Advisor and the Executive Vice President of Sales for Fairway Ignite, while also maintaining her position as a Producing Branch Manager.
Guarrero’s commitment extends beyond Fairway. She actively serves as Fairway’s MBA liaison, an MBA/MORPAC Steering Committee Member, and the Women’s Council of Realtors Representative.
“Carrie’s service-oriented approach has been invaluable, especially during these recent challenging times for the industry,” said Fry. “Her tireless efforts to support colleagues and advocate for industry growth are truly commendable.”
Rogers: Fostering a Culture of Growth
Kelly Rogers brings a wealth of experience to the table, having entered the mortgage industry in 1995. In her role as Vice President and Area Leader in the Houston, TX market, Rogers has been with Fairway for just over a year.
“Kelly’s strong leadership and collaborative spirit have fostered a thriving culture of growth within her teams,” said Fry. “Her nearly 20 years of experience are a valuable asset, but it’s her ability to empower those around her that makes her a true inspiration.”
